Abinadi Meza (MX/US b. 1976) is an installation artist and filmmaker currently based in Rome, Italy. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from SCI-Arc (Los Angeles), and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis). Meza's work utilizes sound as a spatial and narrative material; he also works with found/archival media, experimental fictions, language, ephemeral objects/interventions and site-based relationships.
Meza's work has been presented at Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival; Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin; Lisbon Architecture Triennale; Atlanta Film Festival; Anthology Film Archives, New York; Blaffer Art Museum, Houston; Museum of Contemporary Art, Santa Barbara; Walker Art Center, Minneapolis; New Zealand Film Archives, Wellington; and Foundation for Art and Creative Technology, Liverpool.
